Total Websight generates £31M of business for the Stroud & Swindon  through Search Engines

 
Total Websight has generated £31M worth of Savings Business for Stroud & Swindon Building Society during September 2007 through Search Engine Marketing. Search Engine Traffic to their website increased by 35% compared to the previous year with over 1000 Search Engine positions now achieved. 

Stroud & Swindon now have Google UK position 18 for ‘2 year fixed rate mortgage’ and Yahoo position 2 for ‘best fixed rate bond’ amongst the Search Engine positions created by Total Websight.

The GMB is one of the largest unions in the West Midlands with almost 55,000 members across the region, covering all industries.  Their aim is quite simple – to organise workforces in all appropriate industries in order to protect their interests in the workplace, improve the quality of life for our members and their families and enable them to realise their full potential by developing their talents.

To increase their reach further, Media/Research Administrator Melanie Jehs commisoned Total Websight  to increase their online presence and provide a focused information service for both existing and potential members.  Within the first month visitor numbers grew by 300%, and has continued to rise along with the number of new members joining
